A Guide to the School Uniform



Junior Summer

We hope you and your daughter are excited about joining us at St Scholastica's College very soon. Here is a guide to wearing the St Scholastica's school uniform:


Summer Uniform

The summer uniform is worn in Term 1 and Term 4. Years 7-10 students wear the summer dress while our senior students wear a blouse and skirt. The soft hat is a compulsory uniform item during Term 1 and 4.


Sports Uniform

The sports uniform is worn on sports days, all year round.


Winter Uniform

The winter uniform is worn in Term 2 and Term 3. Years 7-10 students wear the winter blouse with the winter tunic while our senior students wear a senior winter blouse and skirt. The school blazer is a compulsory uniform item during Term 2 and 3.


Breakdown of the compulsory uniform garments for Junior Students:


Summer:

  • Summer Dress

  • Soft Hat (ompulsory item to be worn to and from school in Term 1 & 4)

  • Summer Socks (socks are white with a blue ribbing and must be bought from Ranier Uniforms)

  • Summer ribbon (optional but lovely!)

Sport:

  • Sports Cap

  • Sports Shirt

  • Sports Shorts

  • Sport Socks (socks have a blue ribbing, different from the summer socks, must be bought from Ranier Uniforms)

Winter:

  • Blazer (this is a compulsory item to be worn to and from school in Term 2 and 3)

  • Winter Tunic

  • Winter Blouse

  • Winter ribbon (optional but lovely!)

  • Winter Socks (socks are navy blue with white ribbing, must be bought from Ranier Uniforms).

Other Compulsory Items:

  • The School Bag is compulsory

  • Sports Bag

  • Black leather lace up shoes (not sold through the College). No Doc Martins or Mary Janes.






Popular Optional Uniform Items:

  • School Jumper

  • Tracksuit Jacket (for sport)

  • Tracksuit Pants (for sport)

  • Fleece (for sport)

  • Rugby jumper (for sport)

  • Winter scarf






Good Samaritan Education

Good Samaritan Education (GSE) is responsible for ten incorporated colleges in Australia. Established in 2011 by the Sisters of the Good Samaritan, the mission of GSE is to sustain and nurture our Catholic schools as Good Samaritan Benedictine communities of learning.
