Principal's Welcome

PRINCIPAL'S WELCOME

Welcome to St Scholastica’s College, a school of Good Samaritan Education.  As the new Principal of this wonderful school I'm delighted to introduce you to an excellent day and boarding school - affectionately known as ‘Schols’ for girls and young women in Years 7-12.  In doing so, I pay tribute to the huge contribution made to Schols under the decade-long stewardship of the previous Principal, Mrs Kate Rayment.

Schols has been educating young women for 140 years, instilling values which have their foundations in both the Catholic faith and the inspiration of the parable of the Good Samaritan in the Gospel (Luke 10: 25-37).

Please take some time to look through the comprehensive information on our website.  Its history, its ethos and its school community may convince you that our College has much to offer girls and young women as they set out in life.

Once again, welcome.
