The teachers at St Scholastica’s are highly valued professionals who are dedicated to achieving the best educational outcomes for their students and who aim to challenge the creativity, initiative and ability of each student.
All teaching staff at the College have both academic and pastoral responsibilities. Studies Coordinators organise the staff in their respective faculties and Guidance Coordinators organise their teams for the year levels they represent. Apart from teaching staff, the College has a substantial ancillary group consisting of administrative, library, laboratory and general teaching aides as well as boarding supervisors.
