The College is committed to providing a high standard of care and support to students. Guidance Co-ordinators for each year level are committed to helping the development of students within their care, towards a wholeness as people, in a climate of trust and respect. They encourage individuals and the group to achieve academic and non-academic goals and to develop self-esteem, self-discipline, a sense of responsibility and sound interpersonal relationships. Each student is a member of a Roll Class in the care of a Pastoral Care teacher.
The College also employs two Counsellors for students and families who wish to access this service. Students are also members of one of four vertical House groups for sporting and cultural activities; these are Polding, Davis, Ullathorne and Vaughan, named after early bishops of Sydney.
